Fit perfectly in my D945GNT I'm rebuilding. Had to mod the brackets on the cooler itself (Arctic 34), but this backplate was exactly what I needed. Ended up not needing the screw hardware.

Don't waste time and money on those cheap plastic pins that are good for only 1 or 2 uses before they trash out! This is the way to go.... Period!

I got mine to work but I had to do some rigging to make it work.1) The sticky pads on the back plate wasn't thick enough to make contact with the back of the main board. I had to use some freezer tape to get it to stick fast.2) The C buckle would not stay on the bottom of the bolts. I tried to use a pliers to make sure they were all the way in the slot and yet every time I tried to screw the heat sink fast to the back plate, the C buckles would just fall off. I finally got it attached, but I had to put the C buckles back in the bag they came in.

i needed some replacement backplates for the cooler master CPU coolers i got from ebay that lacked a backplate. these fit perfectly behind the motherboard and just the right height for the stand offs (about 5mm) so i can attach the cooler. this will not work for LGA 1700, but will work for many other intel consumer sockets.

I have an old asetek 550cl aio without its bracket. I bought this bracket and an rbg fan. Now my 10700kf runs cool at 50° c. Great product.P.s. the bracket can fit lga775, lga1151.. I'm using it on a mei mpg z490 edge wifi..
