Yes! They have cute little plastic bodies and you can move the paper wings so some are more closed than others. They've been on my daughter's wall for a year now and only 6 have fell. Ours were on California knock-down so not super flat.

Q: Has anyone had luck adding another adhesive so they will stay on the wall?

I like them but it's hard to let them stay at the wall they fell down the all time
