I’ve Use these for years, works very well

I’m very sensitive to supplements, so I do half pill in the morning and half pill in the evening, a few things that I have noticed:1. My congestion is 70% better, the sinus pressure is not as intense but I still get stuffy nose here and there, regardless, I am very happy with the result.2. I can sleep longer now because of better breathing, however I get vivid and intense dreams, nothing unpleasant, i just find it interesting.3. Since I have to open the capsule and take half of the powder in it, I’d say it’s not the most delicious thing in the world, it’s earthy, sour and spicy, very interesting.4. I spend hundreds if not thousands of dollars every allergy season, I don’t know why it took me so long to try this formula, but I am glad I eventually did after years of seeing it listed on Amazon, I’ll continue to take it and may up the dose to see the results, will come back if I find anything new.
