Plus, they’re high in protein and low in carbs, which is a huge bonus. Here’s a quick rundown of each flavor:BBQ: This one hits the spot with a smoky, slightly sweet flavor that’s bold but not overpowering. It has a nice balance of tangy and savory that makes it super addictive.Cheddar & Sour Cream: Creamy cheddar flavor shines here with a perfect hint of sour cream to keep it fresh. It’s cheesy without being too heavy, and the flavor is just right for a classic chip taste.Sour Cream & Onion: This flavor is tangy and savory with just the right amount of onion kick. It’s really fresh tasting and not too salty, which I love. All in all, these chips are crunchy, flavorful, and a perfect snack for anyone looking for a healthier chip option. Love every flavor
Salty snacks are my weakness—especially anything crunchy and flavorful. While tracking my calories and macros, I wanted a high-protein alternative to regular potato chips, and these hit the mark. The macros are exactly what I was looking for: low in carbs, high in protein, and satisfying. The flavors are bold and surprisingly punchy for a protein snack. The size of the bag is just right too—it fills me up without making me feel overly full and totally satisfies that craving for salty deliciousness. If you're particular about ingredients, it’s worth scanning the label, but they work just fine for me.

Expensive, low volume, but they taste good and are high in protein
Are they a great value? No. Are they as good as traditional chips (potato/corn...etc.) No. But if you want a chip snack that is indeed high in protein without a lot of carbs or fat, well, they do taste decent (though a bit pasty) and can satisfy the chip craving. They are expensive, for what they are, but there isn't much, if any competition. They also have very few chips per package. Seriously, each bag is about ¼-⅓ full and that's it!

Low Carb Chips That Taste Like a Cheat Day But Are Really Baked Lays’ Buff 💪 Cousin!
Alright, let’s get one thing straight—these Quest Protein Chips are NOT your grandma’s greasy, fried, melt-in-your-mouth Lays. Nope, they’re more like the baked cousin who hits the gym five days a week and swears by protein powder. But you know what? I’m not mad about it. In fact, I’m loving it.I mean, yes, they’re protein chips, so don’t expect a flavor explosion that’ll knock your socks off like the deep-fried wonders. But let’s be real—when you’re craving chips, and you want to pretend like you’re being -responsible- and healthy, these babies do the job.First off, let’s talk flavors: BBQ, Cheddar & Sour Cream, and Sour Cream & Onion. It’s like a chip buffet or a mini muckbang for your taste buds. BBQ is smoky and just the right amount of sweet, like a backyard cookout, minus the sticky fingers. Cheddar & Sour Cream? Deliciously cheesy, like someone invited your taste buds to a party and only the good snacks showed up. And Sour Cream & Onion—classic. A little tangy, a little savory, and a whole lotta awesome. Now, texture-wise, think baked Lays, not fried Lays. They’re a bit lighter, a little more crunchy, and honestly? I’m okay with that because HELLO, protein chips! We’re here for the gainz, right? All right, who am I kidding. We’re here because we’re keto or something like it and looking to cheat. Well, theese bad boys don’t leave you with chip guilt, high carbs, or the oily fingers. Win-win.And let’s talk about the protein. You’d never guess you’re chomping on something that’s actually good(ish) for you. It’s like sneaking into the junk food world with a healthy passport. “Yes, I’m eating chips... but also fueling my muscles, thank you very much.”Do they 100% cure my fried-chip cravings? Meh, no, because nothing replaces a deep-fried chip party. BUT when I’m trying to be healthy and still want to satisfy that salty snack urge, these hit the spot like a champ. Plus, I can throw back an entire bag without feeling like I need to repent at the gym for a week.Final verdict? 5 stars. These protein-packed crunchy delights will be your new best friend when the snack monster strikes. Just don’t expect them to taste like grandma’s secret-recipe potato chips. They're like the gym buddy of the chip world—motivating, healthy, and still pretty darn tasty.TLDR: Quest Protein Chips are like baked Lays that go to CrossFit. Tasty, crunchy, and totally satisfying when the chip cravings hit.

Highly recommend love the chips no sugars involved
I think these quest cookies and chips are the best. I have this at night as my snack. No aftertaste filling. Not crazy about all the sugar replacements. But as long as I eat in moderation I’m ok. The chips have no sweeteners and higher in protein. I’ll eat a big cookie in am with coffee. Than will split this up during day. I have no side effects from any quest cookies or chips. I don’t eat the bars. Not filling. Great to carry around during day for convenience. They are worth the money I buy them 2 flavors at a time. I love the multiple flavors

Poor texture
Initial taste is fine but texture and aftertaste are not great. Tried putting them on sandwich and still not enjoyable.

Great for the lowcarb diet
I like these a lot. My previous favorite was the HiLo chips but those were discontinued. I now eat these almost everyday at lunch. They certainly don't taste like "potato" chips but they are nice and crunchy with good flavors. I don't experiences a glucose spike after eating them.
