Not reliable...poor performance
Turning XMP on, results in straight up blue screen crashes everytime I boot my pc. Without XMP it does boot up but still crashes once in a while. Also at base clock speed(2600Mhz) the performance was actually worse than my old ram with slower clock speed(2100Mhz).After a ton of crashes ,I gave up and switched to another a little more expensive RAM. Haven't experienced any crashes since .I don't recommend buying this RAM. It's probably cheap for a reason.
