Used and torn item.
I'm highly disappointed with the AC comforter I received. Unfortunately, I didn’t check it immediately, but when I did, I found that it was used, torn, and even had a patch, which clearly indicates prior damage. This is completely unacceptable for a product that was sold as new. I expected better quality control and transparency.
