Excellent product - my last wheelchair lasted 20 years but this is far better !
Light but strong ,very well designed .I love the positive feel to the occupant ( my personal access to the handbrakes ) .Not tried it in a car yet but in my home it’s a hit with my carers .The short armrests mean that it can be used close to a table .Care must be taken though when the seat is lifted as the wrong technique will make the seat material more easily damaged ( but that is up to me I feel ,it’s in every way a brilliant design , for the price that I paid it will be worth every penny .I have been relying on lifts from several friends in all sizes of cars to attend my Church I think that this will be even easier to store - the full size wheels are quickly removed .Congratulations on the full aluminium frame design which makes it so light but it has a strong cross section underneath which makes me feel very secure .I am 5 foot 7 inches tall and I weigh 70 kilos ,the special air filled cushion ( 16 inches square that I need for comfort because I have degenerative spinal disc disease ,that isn’t a regular cushion but makes it possible to spend several hours in a wheelchair ( it was supplied by the NHS ) this cushion fits beautifully in this wheelchair which has a 17 inch seat .Very satisfied -but you will need to buy a lap belt separately which was easily found on Amazon - makes it far safer for anyone who could fall forwards mine costs less than £25 ( U.K. ) as I was prone to falls it’s was a very wise choice .

Excellent piece of kit
This was purchased to help my husband who sustained a back injury a few months ago and is awaiting surgery. He can hobble around on sticks for a few yards but needs the wheelchair for anything 'adventurous' such as a trip to the shops. This is an excellent quality chair. It's lightweight, but sturdy - I'm 5ft2in and 63 yrs old and can very easily lift it into the boot of my car. It came ready-assembled (except for the footrests) and only needed to be unwrapped. No problems whatever folding and unfolding it.It is easily manoeuvrable, turns on a sixpence, either when being pushed or self-propelled. It was simple to adjust the height of the footrests using the toolkit that comes with the chair. Husband says it is comfortable to sit in - I had a go too, and I agree! Can't fault it.

Good lightweight wheelchair
Was a very good purchase after I had had back surgery until the foot rest was lost after coming back from a holiday abroad

Excellent chair
Excellent chair very light my wife can lift it into the car easily and fits into the boot even with wheels still attached even though they remove very quickly and easy if needed, a very good value chair i only give it a 4 star because for me the front castor wheels are rather large which i find makes maneuvering a little more difficult than my last chair but in all a very good chair and i am very happy with it

So far very impressed
This is my first wheelchair so I can't speak with expertise but so far I am very impressed. My first instinct was to buy a cheaper one as I need it mainly for moving around shopping etc. rather than long periods. My wife suggested we spend a bit more and I think she was right.Features I like:* Light and seems well made.* Comfortable.* Adjustable foot plate length.* The tyres seem to have a decent tread. They are solid.* The brakes seem excellent. A strong textured cylinder compresses into the tyre by about 1.5cm - looks pretty firm to me.* Foot rests easily snap into position. Lift off in a trice too.* Wheels remove with just a press of a button* Folding back rest* Bevelled arms help you tuck under or close to a table.* Looks quite classy and not too 'medical'.I am about 5'9, male, and its a good fit Maybe an inch or two to spare in the seat width. I would not want to be much wider though. They do a 20" model but I wanted this as it will be a little easier to manoeuvre. The only watch point I'd advise is re when you swing the footplates back ground the side. The snap locks then project forward - which could scratcth furniture. And they don't lock into that position so might swing around. No big deal IMHO.

Don’t buy this!!!!
My daughter didn’t have the wheelchair 6 months and the seat started to rip. Then the screws one by one started coming out. I replaced them twice. The back of the chair then started to come apart. I’m just glad it didn’t cause any accidents for my daughter who relies on her wheelchair

Light and easy to fit in average car
Very mobile and easy in the home..on Amazon I basically worked my way up from the cheapest,eg typical remark "it deposited granny straight into the flower-bed!" to the one where peeps were largely pleased with it. I am too. My mate who carts me about at the mo is also happy.
