I was introduced to the EasiYo yogurt maker by my daughter. An instant convert. Of all the varieties available the Greek Style natural is my favourite but many flavours / types t choose from. Highly recommend. Availability of all flavours and delivery of yogurt sachets from Amazon excellent.

My favourite Easiyo mix delivered to my door. For me this is the best yogurt and I have effectively tweaked the way I make it over the years to get perfect results each time. Pre-heat the flask and refill it of boiling water just before popping in the jar so that the least heat loss is incurred. I use room temperature water, mix the powder and water well by shaking - don't rush this process then leave for a maximum of 12-14 hours as I feel it gets quite sharp if left longer. This has multi uses - breakfast on my cereal with fruit, as a cooler for spicy foods, with fruit compote as a healthy snack - spicy rhubarb and apple is a favourite. I have not bought a pack of eight before and on checking the Best Before dates on each have discovered that they vary between the 2nd and 14th October this year - I only have 12 weeks to use up 8 liters of yogurt - two of the weeks I'll be away on holiday! I do use a lot so here goes!.....

Quick and easy to make requiring vigorous shaking. It takies 2 - 3 days to set.I stir vigourously the completed youghurt and then chill in the fridge.it goes a long way.I wish the packages were less expensive.

Bought this with the yoghurt maker, and got perfect greek style yoghurt in ten hours.
