This toilet seat exceeded my expectations. Installation was quick and easy — just a few minutes with basic tools, and it fit perfectly. It feels very secure and doesn’t shift at all.The seat is comfortable and has a smooth, high-quality finish. I especially love the soft-close feature — no more loud slamming, which is a big plus in our household.The overall look is clean and modern, and it complements the bathroom nicely. It’s a small upgrade that made a surprisingly big difference. Highly recommended!

I was fortunate enough to see this at half price, so it was a great bargain.The shape isn't quite as elongated as my last one but it looks fine.It's well made of sturdy materials and the soft close works well.VERY easy to remove and refit for cleaning.Fitment was easy but you need to adjust it to suit which takes a little time.Only, very slight, criticism is that the fitment area of the design could benefit from slightly tighter tolerances so that there's less lateral slack.... but I'm comparing it to my last Screwfix soft-close which was twice the price....years ago!I'm 1.93m tall with a weight to match, so you could say that it's passed its load test too!! :)

Simple, Sturdy, and Easy to CleanI wasn’t expecting to have strong feelings about a toilet seat, but here we are! This seat arrived well-packaged and was surprisingly easy to install — it took me less than 15 minutes with just a screwdriver. The instructions were clear, and the fittings felt solid.The seat itself is comfortable and has a nice smooth finish that’s easy to wipe clean. The soft-close feature actually works (no more midnight seat slams waking up the house), and the hinges feel durable. Genuinely a good toilet seat. The screws are secure and at the time it was a great price. A busy household who use the toilet all the time the seat is still fully secure. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a replacement toilet seat at home or work. It’s also perfect for easy cleaning with the quick release button located in the middle of seat.Sturdiness:It comes with some good screws to stop any movement while you’re sat down on the toilet seat. Finished with a stylish chrome plate to hide the screws.Slip resistance:The strong screws and caps in place make it resistant to slipping unlike a traditional toilet seat where it becomes loose overtime.

Purchased this toilet seat as I already had one in my house replaced - so purchased this one from the same Seller. However, there was a choice of two differently sized plugs in the fittings of the first one, so it was straightforward to fit that seat securely. Unfortunately, the box the second one came in only had one size plug, which was too large to insert into the round holes in the porcelain toilet pan. The bottom of the plug had an oval shape and was totally inflexible so could not been inserted - even with force – and the plug could not be used from below either. The seller said they could not send me a smaller size so it was agreed I return the item - but at my own expense! I really needed the new seat so the money that would have been spent on returning the package was used instead on buying replacement plugs and screws of a different design (the black rubber ones widely available on Amazon), adding another £3.99 to the cost of the seat! These still did not fit the holes, but my son helped and managed to fix and secure the bolt screws from below to the upside-down black plug, which had a screw thread inside it into which the bolt fitted. I can now enjoy my new seat after all - it looks good in my bathroom and I like the slow close lid. I also like the fact the seat can be lifted off easily for cleaning! I keep my fingers crossed it will stay fixed and not move in use. It would have been nice to have a white plug though, as the black plug is slightly visible, but I can live with that.
