Excellent cleaning and waterproofing
I bought a second hand Goretex jacket that had definitely seen better days! It was grubby and smelt of smoke and the waterproofing wasn't great. I used Nikwax treatments on it and it's like new! Clean, no smell and water is beading on it . Delighted! It's not cheap but worth it. You get what you pay for!! X

Revived coat like new
Very easy to use….revived both coat & jacket in one wash….look like new again

Simple to use
This dual pack was very simple to use; two separate runs of the item of clothing through the washing machine. Whilst the washing bottle can clean a maximum of two items, the proofing bottle can only proof one item. Do make sure that, if you tumble dry a jacket, you turn it inside out before putting it in the dryer. Otherwise, if you have zipper ties on the zips they may come off, even if you run the dryer on low heat as advised in the instructions. My jacket appears to be able to shed rain water again, but I haven’t thoroughly tested it yet, so I cannot give an accurate assessment of the rain repelling quality at this time.
