Great Purchase! Highly recommend 😊
These are the best exercise bands I have ever bought, and I’ve bought a lot of them! Not only are they good for incorporating with a good workout and improving strength and muscles, they are also perfect for recovery. I’m currently working on recovering from femoral head surgery and my physical therapist has added these to my stretching exercises and they have been amazing for my recovery

Good quality & selection. 5ft length is a bit short for my tastes.
Good selection of strengths and they arrived quickly and seem well-made. My one disappointment is that they're just 5ft long. That's my bad for not paying closer attention to the description. Therabands are longer, like six feet, which makes them more useful when using them in doorways and to pull down from overhead. Be aware of the length difference.

Great bands!
These bands are great for us! I use the lighter ones, my husband the heavier. We are over 65, and these haven't hurt our joints! And you can sure feel it, we really think it's helping our muscle tone. Would highly recommend.

Nice Bands
These are nice bands- better than any others I've tried. I'm using the extra light one (yellow) now. It's nice and wide so is easy to hold . It has a nice feel and plenty of stretch. I feel like it's giving me just the right amount of resistance.

These are nice quality bands. Great for stretching. Travel well due to light weight. I use mine for travel, home stretching and at my stretch class.
