I have to say I was sceptical about buying this chair, I have had Aeron Millers previously so this chair had a lot to live up to.I work from home and spend all day sat at my desk so having a comfortable chair with decent support is really important and worth paying a premium for.The chair does require assemble but the seat and the back with all the mechanism are together as complete units so it was simply a case of bolting the base together, dropping the seat on and then clicking the back into place. I'm not practical at all but it came with good instructions and all the tools so job done in 20 minutes.The build quality is good, all the main support frames in cast aluminium.The mesh material is really high quality, soft to the touch and breathable.This chair is 'very heavy!'...feels quality.When I first used the chair it was 'OK'.....comfortable but not quite as good as expected, "however" I realised the points of articulation on the chair are mind blowing so I set about making adjustments to fit me. The seat slid forwards giving more depth. the back raised up and the lumbar support adjusted forwards. Even the arms adjusted in every way imaginable. The bottom line is that after taking the time to set the chair up properly to my proportions it felt great, very comfortable and very supportive. Love it!All in all, a good purchase and I'm very happy with my choice.

After purhasing a product we tend to forget the importance of customer servervice unless there is a need.I have been incntact with SIHOO and I have to say I have been pleased with the customer servece. The 5 star rating is purly for this reason. You are not going to find reviews about customer service in Youtube about SIHOO, so I thought I should include it with my review. Pleasent converstion via email, its not instant as this is aftrall email converstion I have to say im very satisfied with the outcome. Hope this helps.

I think this chair looks great and it has helped with my back pain while sitting and working. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

I watched the commercials and thought this chair should be good, but my expectations were not met.It is too flimsy, the armrests are too easy to change their position and are impossible to secure, some bolts and nuts are constantly falling out of the chair. Today one of the armrests jammed, I can not lower its angle, unscrewed the cap and took out the head of the broken bolt from the ratchet. I have no idea what function this bolt performed, but the build quality is very mediocre.The chair itself has scuffs and scratches since delivery.The backrest tilt mechanism has a hard, uncomfortable flat position, a slightly tilted position, which is almost the same as the first, and a completely lowered position. There are no intermediate positions, and this is very annoying, because every other chair has them. The role of the lumbar section of the backrest is also unclear, no matter how I change its position, my back hurts.

I had Carpal tunnel syndrome and back/neck problems due to long hours of work. I left it intentionally three months before I wrote this review.Pro:- Great looking design- Good build quality and materials- Fantastic armrests, neck and back support. At first I did not get how the armrests work and thought it was incredible fiddly. It turned out to be a loosen screw that after fasten, I am amazed at how easy I can set them to the perfrct angle and height that I need! Really amazing if you use keyboard and mouse over 6 hours everyday.- Easy handle to enable you to layback into a flat angle, perfect if you like to layback in the chair for a quick nap or mindful rest.Con:- Not moving well on carpeted floor. Usually you can get carpet wheel ordered as an option with established brands, but not with this new Sihoo.- Meshed seats. If you like to sometimes curl up in your chair with your feet on the seat, the mesh seating is not that great. If you are in a cooler place like the Scotland, the meshed seat is not really that needed. Wish they have an option for foamed seating or a legresting place for us ladies to cross sit.Great value for money. I honestly think this outperforms the much dearer ergonomic chairs supplied by my employer in my office.
