Love this water dispenser. it provides hot, cold, and ice water, making it convenient for the whole family. This is much louder than expected. It is also producing a lot more heat than I thought it would. I’m going to try it for a while but it might not work for my office because of the noise and heat. It is a little slow on making the ice so if you looking for one for yourself it might be ok, but for a office with more than a couple of people it likely wouldn’t keep up with demand. It did heat and cool the water pretty quickly

This water dispenser is very good, not only has the function of hot and cold and the function of making ice cubes, it is very convenient. And it is also very intimate has a lock function, so that even if the children accidentally press the hot water key will not be burned, because you need to press the unlock key before pressing the hot water. Other than that, it's very simple and you don't know how to install it yourself. I love it. It's perfect for families

It works as advertised, however the water comes out with a plasticy taste that makes it undrinkable. We have put lemon juice and white vinegar in to get rid of the taste and that works for a day or so, then it goes back to a bad taste. We buy great tasting pure water to use and it turns it into a toxic plastic flavor. My wife refuses to use it and now after $300 spent, I’m going to have to find another solution and just eat the cost. I wish they used other materials to make this because it otherwise is a great device. But if I can’t drink it, then what’s the point?!

When we got and it, it worked great at first. Until it stopped making ice barely a month after getting it. We tried unplugging it, and turning it back on, it would make ice. Now even turning it off and letting it rest overnight, when we turn it back on, it might make one batch of ice if it even does that. I got it because of the multiple features such as the hot water and cold water in addition to ice but going back I would get something else. Additionally it did not come with a cover for where you put water and it did not come with a manual.

I like that it doesn’t take up the whole space like the normal water dispenser. My kitchen is small so this make a great addition without overcrowding the space. I got it because it have hot water, cold water and even ice block feature. Very easy to use. Very sturdy. If you have harsh water at home and sick of residue in the water boiling pot. This is the machine to get. Conserve water waste and plastic use for us.

Very quiet. Makes ice very quickly. The water is cold and hot. I really like it. You don't even need to add the water bottle.

I have been using this for 5 months now and have some comments. While I like everything about the overall unit, there are some negatives.The unit initially had a plastic taste. I first added lemon to the water which hid the taste. After a couple 5 gallon jugs, I went back to plain water. Plastic taste still there. I then flushed and washed it finding many black specs of something coming out. Still no help. Then I discovered something. If I did not run the ice function, the plastic taste went away. So now I don't use the ice feature unless I really need more ice, like for a party. Of course that is the worse time for the water to taste like plastic.Another problem is that the buttons that turn on the cooling, ice, hot water, etc. are too easy for people to push while trying to figure out how to dispense the water or ice. Being familiar with the product, I only have an issue when guests are in the house. They will turn it off accidentally and I am continuously looking to make sure the unit is in water cooling mode and the hot water and ice are off (unless I want ice or hot water). Even my wife will turn it off accidentally sometimes and I go get some water to find it luke warm.One other thing. The fan is a little loud, much louder than standard water only coolers.
