Bought this for cooking and baking. It doesn’t have a some weird taste like other sugar substitute such as stevia. Highly recommend!

Love this in my coffee and my sweet tea.

I used 100% allulose in a blueberry muffin recipe and while the muffins came fine (a bit dense vs. light and fluffy with sugar), it made me realize that I won't use allulose as the only sweetener in a recipe. I think half sugar / half allulose will be my next experiment.

I HATE most alternative sweeteners. Well, after years of my mother being obsessed with nasty, spine tingling alternative sweeteners, I never wanted to try allulos or anything else for that matter! Some health focused products and drinks with monk fruit were popping up on the market, and were OK, stevia generally made my skin crawl so I’d just run away from those… yeah forget diet soda just heating aspartame makes me wince. One exception was I don’t mind xylitol in my dental products.Now, this product is really amazing; technically it seems to be a blend of Allulos, Monk Fruit and (!) Stevia… BUT there’s just no other way to say it… It just tastes very very much like white sugar and doesn’t seem to cause any digestive issues or strange interactions In recipes. Adding it to my cooking (made some ribs) or tea or coffee (made some sweet-cream to add to cold brew) it just works and tastes like sugar!If you’re watching your sugar intake but feel the need to be able to make something sweet from time to time I can whole heartedly recommend this. I can see something similar to this popping up in A LOT of products in the coming years. As someone who’s watching sugar and feeling great on a very low carb diet this is awesome.

I'd give this a 5 star if the price wasn't completely outrageous. It's only a few cups in the bag, and just a few recipes worth. How is this justified? I'm diabetic, so not only am I permanently sick, but am robbed dry trying to eat to live. It's so wrong.

BEST replacement for sugar!

Didn’t care for the taste of this product , and the Stevia and the monk fruit didn’t help sweeten my y at all. gastrointestinal issues are way too extreme.
