This is one of my favorite budget-friendly actives. The Ordinary’s Azelaic Acid really helps reduce post-acne marks, uneven skin tone, and redness. It’s a slightly silicone-y texture, but I don’t mind it — it actually smooths the skin well and works great under sunscreen or makeup.I use it mainly in the morning, and it has definitely helped calm down my PIE (post-inflammatory erythema). No stinging or irritation, but I would recommend starting slowly if your skin is sensitive.It’s not super hydrating, so pair it with a good moisturizer!

This is a great product. Very reasonable priced and a little goes a long way. It has no scent. I actually love the small container. I don’t like beauty/face products that last for too long. It does reduce the redness on my face very well. I use it daily and highly recommend it.

I bought this product to use together with adapalene to help clear my acne. I use it on all nights that I am not using the adapalene. It is gentle enough to be used daily and I have not found any irritation, even on my sensitive skin. A small amount actually goes a long way, and there is no scent to the product. I have noticed reduced inflammation, redness, and breakouts after using this product, so it's a WIN for me!!!!

I love this brand so much. I have autoimmune issues and I love that this brand doesn’t have any weird sketchy chemicals or fragrances that trigger skin issues for me. This product in particular makes my skin feel so soft, not heavy, and moisturized. I use it after I wash my face and use my serums, it absorbs into my skin fast but doesn’t feel like it just vanished and left my skin dry. Very moisturizing. I have added this into my daily skincare routine and recommend it to everyone! I also love how affordable it is. It works well and I will continue using! I wish they had a larger bottle, but at this price it’s not too bad for the size. I use a lot of the ordinary products now and they are my favorite.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I am extremely happy with this product. It helps keep my rosacea in check. I use it every morning on my cheeks and forehead. I used to use a prescription gel but I think this actually works better. The price is reasonable. I am very happy and will most definitely buy this again.

I was surprised at how empty the tube seemed before using the product. I'm sure it's the correct amount inside, it's just not very much. This has a creamy texture and is very difficult to squeeze out of the tube onto your hand. It doesn't have a scent and feels nice on the skin; there's no tingly sensation like with other acids. I felt it was a good price but don't think I will be buying a second tube.
