Very good electrolyte tab
These are very very good electrolyte tablets. You really feel the caffeine hit and the taste is pretty good. I prefer the taste to the SiS equivalent but that is personal preference. These ones do have a very slight sucralose taste (sweetener) but its not bad by any means. This tablet is probably best suited to someone doing short length exercise and who is using cardio exercise to aid weight loss. If you are doing endurance sport I do not see the point in a 'Zero' branded sports drink, especially now that the general trend is towards 100g/carb per hour. You can achieve this using High5's other sports drink, which is their carb mix 2:1 Energy Drink.Still, this is a great product which will keep you hydrated, prevent cramp and give you a slight kick. I normally use two tabs per bottle.

Great for exercise - dissolve fast - good taste - the CAFFEINE version of High5
i started taking these before Hot Yoga & it's really helped me not feel so wiped out in the heat. Berry is a decent enough taste. And these are the CAFFEINE version (I also bought a mixed pack of High5 and realised that most flavours don't include caffeine & btw the Citrus flavour is frickin disgusting). Better and cheaper than some other brands I tried. The tablets dissolve pretty fast and you don't end up with a gritty drink like some other powder sachets that I tried.

Reasonably nice taste with a caffeine kick
Reasonably nice taste when added to a small bottle of water (500ml). Takes a couple of minutes to dissolve although a small amount of powder residue is left at the bottom. Have been taking every day for some time although I'm not sure how effective they are. Definately can taste the caffeine in these for an instant energy boost. Has a slight Red Bull kind of taste.

Good if you filter drinking water.
I filter my water and was warned by a doctor that although it removes unwanted 'bits' it also removes some good particles. I was advised my potassium levels were low, probably due to filtering my water. So I bought these to ensure,y levels are now normal. They taste great and add a slight tang Ines to my drink which is really enjoyable. I definitely recommend them

Very good will purchase again
Bought these as a supplement when intermittent fasting. Chose these mainly for the caffeine content as with intermittent fasting I wouldn’t be consuming coffee and needed something to ease the caffeine withdrawal headaches. These worked brilliantly for me. The taste isn’t great at first can taste a bit salty on the first few sips but gets better. Definitely better taken with ice cold water.

Great for the Whole Famil
Use nothing but these - not only after a run but sometime when I have a thirst and want something other than water! They get used by all the family including the sporty teens! I love the variety of flavours available and really feel I get value for money! They dissolve well and quickly and I feel they really hydrate when used!

The product is fine. But not a hydration drink.
You know, this product has sort of a mild taste. I wouldn't say it's unpalatable, but also it doesn't really taste amazing. It's the sort of thing that you could I could bear to drink If I need the caffeine. And to be fair, it does have zero sugar. So yes, you can't add this into a drink and so we'll get a caffeinated drink that is somewhat healthy. But in my opinion, it does say it's an electrolyte sports drink and there's just not enough electrolytes in this. One dose will only give you 3.5% of your daily recommended amount of potassium. If you compare this with something like Power Raid, which is an isotonic sports drink, then it's clear to see that this doesn't, this isn't really enough potassium. And for those that don't know, intra cell hydration is mainly a product of sodium potassium pumps. So I don't know, maybe I'm wrong on this, but I think it could do with a little bit more potassium in there. 3.5% is not that much. The ratio should be closer 2:1 sodium to potassium. So either way, there's too much salt and not enough potassium. So would I buy this again? Ah, I'm on the fence. You know, the caffeine that you get from it is good and the taste is okay, not great. But at the same time, it is a little bit salty. Also, it doesn't really taste of berries or like a light peach flavour. I don't mind it too much. I'll see if I continue with it.

These SAVED me
Backpacking through the Philippines in this years heatwave and these honestly saved me. I will admit, I wasn’t a fan of the flavour (taste kinda fizzy and not strong in flavour) but they are bearable. And everytime I ended up slightly dehydrated, a bottle of this made me feel better by the end of the day. I love the fact it’s 0 calorie so you can have them frequently! I have continued these since being home and now just mix them with a bit of squash to help with the flavour but they’re definitely something I will keep buyingUPDATE: I now take these on every holiday to have one on the plane to prevent feeling dehydrated the next day and for any days that are super hot. The taste still isn’t super strong but it’s worth it for not feeling awful the next day
