Great machine but I bought it used
Great machine but I bought it used. Wasn't informed that cutting blades did not come with the machine. By the time I ordered them price was close to brand new machine which would have come fully equipped. There was also a broken blade in the machine which took some time and ingenuity to remove.

Inconsistent quality
The punches that came with the machine lasted about 9 months to a year of moderate use. Ordered these as a replacement and immediately had problems with punching (particularly on one side). This happened within the first 3 uses. Wish I hadn't waited so long to install the replacement punches because now I can't return this one as defective and I'm stuck spending another $35 on another set.
