I have to say I love it so much from the beginning until it dead while printing photos. The color quality is excellent, very useful friendly interface but after print approximately 28pcs, it stopped working. I am very sad about it.Update:I am surprised that they really care about the customers. Their support team contacted me regarding about my recently purchasing and help me with my machine. Once confirmed the item not fixed-able, they decided offering me a refund. This makes me feel much better because someone is willing to help me. Thank you

Inicio comentando que la presentación de la caja donde viene la impresora me agrado muchísimo, es rígida, de buena calidad, muy resistente, todo viene muy bien organizado, mi primer impresión al desempacar es lo agradable que se siente el material de la misma al tacto, se siente fina, muy hermosa, al terminar de sacar todo de su empaque busco el manual y reviso algo muy importante, lo genial es que si trae instrucciones en español, muy pocos productos lo hacen, una estrella más por esto, aunque debo decir que todo esta muy bien explicado en un video que tiene la publicación en Amazon.Luego de descargar la APP de la impresora y siguiendo los pasos descritos en la misma me dispuse a realizar la primer impresión, abro la aplicación y guauuuu trae bastantes motivos para decorar nuestra fotografía, son bastantes, hay muchas posibilidades de adornos, después de seleccionar un diseño al gusto de mi esposa realizamos la impresión, muy muy rápida, los colores son geniales, adjunte la primer impresión de nuestra mascota.En el momento hemos estado realizando bastantes impresiones, todos quieren sentir esa sensación agradable de plasmar un recuerdo en físico y ya estamos agotando el papel que viene incluida en la impresora, son 54 hojas en total, vienen 3 paquetes de 18 unidades, la cantidad sugerida por el fabricante de no colocar mas de esa cantidad en la bandeja de ingreso (18) hasta el momento sigue imprimiendo a full color, tengo entendido que el cartucho y el papel vienen configurados para esa cantidad, ya ingrese a buscar el kit de cartucho y papel para reemplazar el mismo.Lo que me agrada en general, empaquetado, presentación visual de la misma, accesorios, conexión sencilla, aplicación en español, infinidad de modelos.Recomendada, es un gran regalo para fin de año, todos desearan enviar a imprimir desde sus smartphone, sorprende a tu familia y amigos.

Wow, estoy encantada con mi impresora, realmente vale la pena comprarla, es muy buena y tiene una buena impresión fotográfica.

This little printer is pretty sweet. It came with everything you need and was easy to put together and to install the app on my phone. It took me a few tries to get the phone connected to the printer but I eventually figured it out. The app has lots of little things you can add to your pictures like text and stickers and you can make collages out of multiple photos as well. The little paper tray that sticks out of the printer disconnects easily and has a lid to keep the picture sheets contained inside of it. The printer takes about a minute to print a photo so its not the fastest but I think thats ok. I doubt you would want to print a ton of pics at a time with this thing anyway. I like that it doesnt take up much space and could be portable if you want. The pictures come out really good. Way better than I expected.

Was able to print one picture before the printer got jammed and kept processing more paper, causing the printer to get even more jammed. Now I can’t even get the paper out of the inside, and my cassette broke in the middle of everything. Waste of money

The first printer I ordered was defective their customer service team helped me with each step and sent me a new printer at no charge! Very communicative and the printer is good quality and prints good pictures perfect for my scrapbook
