I’ve tried several variations and this one is honestly the best. You get what you pay for in this case so the price tags to me is justified. I used it for lactation support and took a high dose of it to match the amount given in studies. You will notice a slight maple syrup smell if you take enough of it, but that’s technically a good thing, because it means you’re not getting a diluted down product. I can’t say this will work for everyone as far as lactation goes and it has nothing to do with the product, it all depends on your body and how it responds to it. I hope this review helps someone out when making their decision.

Llevo usando este producto dos meses , al principio no noté cambios pero ya después del mes y siendo constante puedo notar en mi : mucha más energía , mi piel se ve mucho mejor, mi pelo y uñas y algo adicional es que me subió mucho el libido ! . Me compré las cápsulas porque me sentía muy cansada por mi horario de trabajo y de vdd puedo decir que me han ayudado mucho , las volveré a comprar en cuanto se me acaben . Las recomiendo totalmente

We started taking this supplement looking for the lowered blood sugar impact indicated in the literature. There is no stomach upset or nervousness seen/felt by us when taking these capsules. The concentrated aspect of the capsule is good, and we're giving this a fair try of another month before doing another blood sugar test to determine if it seems to help. We are not interested in the breast milk enhancement indicated in the anecdotal information about Fennelgreek, but the cholesterol management as well as the blood sugar are interesting enough for us to give this a go. Will report anything "extra-ordinary" should the results be noted. Thank you.

I bought this for hormone support/breast health (firmness ) . This in the only fenugreek that doesn’t make me smell like curry!!! I’ve never been able to take it bcz normally my outs smell like celery or something nasty .upon opening This one it’s smells sweet like syrup and I’ve yet to notice the nasty smell in me . I’ve learned to really like this brand and quality. Also it you know what 70% saponins are- it means it’s a higher herb content (some are only 10% and we waste our money ) the fact it’s actually disclosed is huge most products you won’t find this info . This product cld run30$ or more so I appreciate this value so much!
