Wooden Resistance Bands Handles Versatile Exercise Handles for Elastic Band Workouts Home Gym Strength Training and Full-Body Workouts

Deadlifts and bent over rows with multiple bands were twisting and cutting into my hands and I wanted something fast to use and very light for travel. These handles make those lifts much more comfortable. I'm using 41" bands and didn't want metal handles because they are so much bigger. The wood is light but seems really solid.I don't think these would be useful for push exercises, like chest press or overhead press. A bar designed for bands is more versatile but it weighs more, costs more, and takes up more space.

These are the only resistance band handles that allow me to do chest presses, along with rowing and other pulling moves. They also allow forearm positioning options that other handles don't. They are now my go to handles to use when traveling. The price was also reasonable. To sum it up, I am well pleased with this purchase.

I liked these but they're too small for my hands.Pros:The finish is smooth for the most part.Feel very solid, have some give for heavier loads but don't feel flimsy at all.I'd imagine they're comfortable for people with medium or small hands.I really like the design and the fact they're made of wood. It makes them more environmentally friendly than plastics. I wish they were available in a larger size.Cons:Too small for big hands. The cutout for getting the bands into them cuts into my hands on every rep because they're not big enough.The cutout on one of the handles has a chip in it that rubs. I'd have given the handles four stars if not for that chip. The finish is pretty good otherwise.I'd recommend these handles to anyone looking to get into loop resistance bands that has medium or small hands, but I'd warn anyone with larger hands away from them. They're a good option otherwise. I'm guessing the chip in my pair was a manufacturing defect.

I ordered these handles to use with my Undersun resistance bands. I like that they don’t add much mechanical length between my hands and the bands. Some other handles use nylon straps, carabiner, and nylon loop to attach the bands. This adds too much additional length.These handles are strong and don’t flex when using them for pull downs and curls with a medium band. The handles are much easier on the hands than using just gloves, and they have a unique look. However, they are a bit slippery with the bands. So, I recommend holding the handles with the outside of your hand/palm (below the little finger) covering the gap, in case your hand tilts too much and the band slides out under tension.For lite to moderate lifting these handles fine. For very heavy lifting you may want to look for metal handles.Overall, I recommend these handles.

These are very smooth, comfortable and tough. I like them so much I purchased the ones with the metal reinforced center as well. They work great with my bands. I use them daily and they work. Very happy with these.

The round wood handle feels nice in the hand and it's 1" diameter reduces stress on the band. The grain orientation is spot on for strength. One could even add some cloth tape to the grip. It's great to be able to switch bands quickly using the slot.
