Deadly Predators: Level 3 (National Geographic Readers) Paperback – 2 Oct. 2017

I buy these books for my four year old grandson who is an avid reader and it is good for him to have information books as well as poetry and stories. As you would expect from National Geographic the photographs are sumptuous and really enthuse a child with a desire to read the text. I was a little concerned that my grandson would be upset by the pictures of the predators chasing and eating their prey but his mother had prepared him by talking about what he liked to eat and how the predators could not visit a shop for food! The vocabulary presents just the right amount of challenge..I was a teacher before retirement. There are cheaper books available but I recommend them highly. I think I have bought all of the first two levels and will continue to get them for him .I get to enjoy seeing him read them via video link and have been told that he enjoys re reading them so they are well worth the money!
